有關 UltraEdit 產品維護服務合約(MSA),如果客戶終止其服務或服務到期後選擇不續訂(約),客戶可以於終止或不續訂(約)之日起一年內申請恢復維護服務,並支付當時現行的 365 天期間的維護服務費用,外加維護服務費用的 1.5 倍的金額作為維護服務恢復費用。
*此項目是針對永久版授權。當維護服務合約終止或到期後超過 365 天期間,客戶仍可以使用主產品但是無法更新內容,如果需要更新內容只能購買新的授權。
Reinstatement – If Customer terminates Maintenance Services or elects not to renew Maintenance Services, Customer may, at its option, purchase Maintenance Services within one year of such termination or non-renewal by providing notice to UltraEdit and making payment of UltraEdit’s then-current list maintenance fees for the upcoming 365-day period plus an amount equal to 1.5 times the Maintenance Services fees that would have accrued during the period subsequent to such termination or non-renewal, had Customer not terminated or elected not to renew Maintenance Services.
